Job Summary
Talent Director in Robert Half Management Resources focusing on delivering skilled consultants for client projects and interim contract needs within finance and accounting, human resources and operations, and business systems transformation. Develop and grow a strong talent pool via internal databases, online postings and searches, networking and referrals; conduct in-depth interviews via video and telephone; execute consultant redeployment and retention strategies; deliver marketplace insights and industry trends to consultants to act as trusted career partners; participate in professional associations to raise presence in the local finance and accounting community.
Required Qualifications
- A business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
- 5+ years of consulting/project delivery experience
- CPA and/or MBA a plus
- Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Skilled at managing multiple complex projects at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system a plus
