Job Summary
Develop and grow a strong talent pool by leveraging recruiting resources, including internal databases, online postings, and networking. Conduct in-depth interviews via video and telephone to assess consultants' skill sets and competencies. Execute consultant redeployment and retention strategies while delivering analysis of marketplace insights and industry trends to become a trusted career partner. Participate in professional industry associations to increase presence within the local finance and accounting community. This role focuses on delivering skilled consultants for client projects and interim contract needs within finance, human resources, and business systems transformation.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of consulting/project delivery experience
