Talent Development Specialist (SNAP)

Manage a caseload of participants by conducting regular individual meetings for job search, education, and job readiness while assessing competencies and work history. Create individualized employment plans, coordinate access to training and services, and maintain accurate participant files and database records. Ensure accountability through periodic contact to assess retention, provide notifications for employment changes, and conduct follow-up outreach for disengaged students. Improve job readiness scores in workshops and deliver work-ready customers to staff.
