Job Summary

Leading talent lifecycle for a global SaaS organization, owning recruiting, talent reviews, and learning & development. Partner with people leaders to translate business priorities into hiring plans, capability roadmaps, and high-performing teams. Drive full-cycle recruiting, design and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, develop L&D programs from onboarding to leadership development, and measure learning effectiveness with data-driven insights. Collaborate on org design, workforce planning, change management, and culture initiatives; support manager enablement and performance management cycles; act as a thought partner for team design and capability-building in partnership with HR. Occasional in-office collaboration (Burnsville, MN) in a remote-first, hybrid setup.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience across talent acquisition, talent management, and/or learning & development, with at least 2 years owning a recruiting function in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS (BambooHR a plus), and LMS platforms
  • Hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing strategies, structured interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; SHRM-CP / PHR / CPLP / equivalent certifications a plus
