Job Summary

Review and analyze organizational data to identify specific skill gaps, themes, and development needs across the team. Map existing learning resources or recommend targeted external solutions to address core competencies and critical experiences. Create simple, structured guides or enablement tools so managers can effectively support and track individual development goals. Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week at Corp HQ in Purchase, NY from August 10, 2026 through the end of the year. This contract role supports the USTA's mission to grow tennis by translating leadership insights into actionable programming that prepares employees for future roles.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Coaching, with a focus on creating development programs
  • Proven experience translating leader input and assessment data into specific, measurable, realistic individual development goals
  • The ability to interpret qualitative data from leaders, spot overarching development trends across a group, and build programming to address them
  • Comfortable working from existing documentation with minimal hand-holding
  • Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week at our Corp HQ office (Purchase, NY) from August 10, 2026 through the end of the year
