Job Summary
Deliver high-quality learning experiences on restaurant operations and brand standards through training and facilitation for franchised operators, restaurant leaders, and Support Center staff. Provide coaching, feedback, and development to other trainers while building positive partnerships with key stakeholders. Serve as a trainer for core program needs at the Support Center and in the field, ensuring all activities adhere to brand and health/safety procedures. Offer regular consultative feedback on program design and effectiveness. Support projects through short-term business rotations and provide logistical coordination to Program Liaisons. Requires 50% travel, relocation to Atlanta, and a background in Chick-fil-A or Truett's Group restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to relocate to the Atlanta area
- Willing to travel 50% of the time
- 2 years of Chick-fil-A or Truett's Group restaurant experience
- Chick-fil-A Field Talent Staff Trainer Experience or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 Years Leadership Experience
- Strong project management or consulting skills (PMI or other certification)
- Prior people leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree
