Job Summary
The Talent & LMS Administrator will administer and maintain the Talent Development and LMS platform (Workday Learning) for corporate learning. Responsibilities include creating and executing LMS activities, managing learner communications, administering content via NBT University, providing SME input on LMS technology, ensuring access to training materials and pre-work, and monitoring completion. Collaborates with Workday Systems Administrator to ensure data integrity and reporting, reviews Workday releases, supports stakeholders across Talent Development, HRBP, and Compliance, and coordinates scheduling, communications, and logistics for corporate programs (e.g., Star Impact, Emerging Leaders, Paths). Also manages Talent Development content library, supports curriculum needs, and may serve as an adjunct facilitator. Manages Undergraduate and Graduate Tuition reimbursement programs and budgets. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to translate needs into actionable training solutions, and proficiency with a range of technologies to deliver training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/work experience
- 2 years of technology field experience
- experience with learning management systems
- proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
- experience delivering instructional material to varying audiences
- analytical skills
- knowledge of Workday Learning or similar LMS
- ability to manage LMS activities and reporting
- budget and reimbursement process experience
