Job Summary
Coordinate learning programmes, workshops, and development initiatives across Europe while managing training catalogues, registrations, and completion reporting. Provide day-to-day operational support to Talent Pillar Leads by facilitating logistics, liaising with external providers, and maintaining data integrity for quarterly training and sustainability reports. Support internship and graduate outreach activities in Italy, including end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and employer branding events. Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of AI, automation, and digital technologies to enhance talent processes and employee experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience within HR, Talent, Learning & Development or a related People function
- Experience coordinating learning programmes, training activities or HR projects
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent English and Italian
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in an international environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR systems and learning platforms
- Experience working with external providers, universities or employer branding activities
- Interest in AI, automation and digital technologies, including tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Coworker
- Experience of learning and development systems associated with Success Factors, SAP and LMS and E-Learning Platforms (LinkedIn Learning etc.)
