Job Summary
Talent Development Partner responsible for partnering with business leaders to assess needs and design, deliver, and continuously improve Taco's Employee Success Programs (onboarding, performance development, and manager development). Leads learner-centered solutions, applies adult learning principles, and conducts evaluations (Level 1–3 Kirkpatrick) to demonstrate impact on engagement, promotions, and retention. Manages external vendors, communications, and program metrics; collaborates with stakeholders to deploy leadership competencies and sustain a high-performance culture. Requires senior-level experience in L&D, a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), DDI certification or eligibility, 20% travel in North America, and Hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of learning and development, leadership and talent development experience with coaching
- DDI Certification or capability to be certified
- Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification preferred
- Experience designing, facilitating and evaluating leadership and performance management programs; experience with learning technologies, virtual platforms and authoring tools a plus
- Proven project management and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design (ADDIE)
- Ability to collaborate with diverse employee levels and stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% across North America
