Job Summary
Talent & Development Partner to drive strategic talent initiatives and learning experiences for Richemont maisons. Responsible for supporting talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility; designing and delivering impactful learning and development programs; managing and enhancing the learning ecosystem and LMS; analyzing training impact with meaningful data; shaping culture by embedding articulated values and behaviours across the Maison through communications and experiences (including the annual VACX engagement event). Requires more than 5 years in Talent and Learning & Development, strong project management, knowledge of learning management systems, and bilingual proficiency in French and English. The role is based in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland, and is a fixed-term 7-month assignment.
Required Qualifications
- >5 years proven experience in Talent and Learning & Development or related function
- Fluent in French and English
