Job Summary
Talent & Development Partner role focused on shaping and delivering enterprise-wide talent and development strategy with emphasis on leadership capability, succession, and internal mobility. You will design and embed high-impact leadership programmes (e.g., Management Essentials, Emerging Leaders), lead annual talent reviews for senior populations, develop pathways for high-potential talent, promote internal mobility, and use data to inform workforce planning and decision-making. The role requires partnering with leaders and HRBPs, facilitating governance and calibration of processes, refreshing tools and templates, and driving performance conversations to improve organizational impact. Experience in fast-paced financial services or insurance environments, a track record delivering leadership and high-potential programmes, strong succession planning capabilities, data-led approach, stakeholder management, and a commercially focused mindset are sought after. Location indicated as London, UK with onsite work arrangement.
