Job Summary
Lead the operational delivery and high-performance coaching of the SNSW UNLSHD, focusing on the development of emerging junior female surfers and coaches. Collaborate with the Talent Development Manager to implement elite-level support, raise technical standards, and improve the athlete experience within Surfing NSW’s high-performance pathway. Experience in high-performance environments is highly regarded. Role opens to candidates in regional or metro NSW with a flexible working arrangement. Travel may be required to deliver programs, attend camps, and support athletes and coaches across select regions of the State.
