Job Summary
Talent & Development Manager leads talent programs and initiatives to support employee development, organizational capability, and a high-performing, inclusive culture. The role designs and manages onboarding, performance management, leadership development, talent reviews, learning systems, and engagement programs; partners with HRBPs and leaders; owns the end-to-end new hire experience; leads learning solutions and LMS governance; develops dashboards and data-driven insights; and supports culture and engagement, with a hybrid onsite requirement (3 days/week). Essential responsibilities include governance of performance programs, calibration readiness, succession discussions, capability building, onboarding design and delivery, learning content development, and optimization of talent processes and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience leading talent processes (performance cycles, development programs, talent reviews).
- Strong instructional design and facilitation capabilities.
- Proficiency with HR systems (Workday, LMS systems, etc.), AI, Articulate360, and analytics tools.
