Job Summary
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify learning needs, design innovative development solutions, and deliver engaging workshops focused on technical, knowledge-based, and soft-skill growth. Manage the end-to-end learning cycle, including needs analysis, program design, training delivery, and evaluation, while creating online content using Articulate and VYond. Launch and manage learning solutions across platforms like Viva Engage, Loop, LMS, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring initiatives align with organizational goals and supporting Individual Development Plan implementation. Collaborate on Miral's Emiratization strategy, internship programs, and cross-training initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning across our world-class attractions.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience
- Strong background in training design, facilitation, and delivery
- Learning Needs Analysis
- ADDIE Methodology
- Program Design & Development
- Facilitation & Training Delivery
- Evaluation Models (Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI, etc.)
- Learning Management Systems
- Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
- Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Train the Trainer Certification (ATD / ISTD)
- Facilitation Certification (ATD) or Coaching Certification (ICF)
- Experience within Hospitality, Retail, Leisure, Attractions, or Theme Park industries
- Oracle Learning Management System (LMS)
- Online content creation and authoring tools
- Video, graphic design, and digital learning development tools
