Job Summary
Talent Development Coordinator at Qube Research & Technologies in Paris: deliver induction sessions and onboarding support for new joiners, manage onboarding materials and learning resources, coordinate internal and external learning programmes, contribute to Talent Development initiatives across regions, partner with HR/compliance/office management/providers, support Talent Development systems and tooling, and contribute to ongoing onboarding and development processes while ensuring a high-quality employee experience. Requires experience in onboarding/learning & development or HR, English and French fluency, strong organizational skills, familiarity with learning platforms/LMS (Workday desirable), data accuracy focus, and ability to work both independently and across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting onboarding, Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR, or a related function
- Fluency in both English and French
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail and structured planning
- Experience using learning platforms or learning management systems
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable
- Comfortable working with data and reporting
- Interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to improve processes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across locations
