Job Summary
Talent Development Coordinator role focusing on training and development for revenue-cycle staff. Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, designing and delivering high-impact learning programs, maintaining online training materials, tracking training completion and needs, conducting competency evaluations, coaching call-team and liaison staff, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous process improvements. Requires coordinating with managers on training plans, leveraging software and SOPs, and contributing to staff growth aligned with department objectives. Qualifications emphasize a college degree (preferred) with high school diploma required, plus healthcare experience in home medical equipment/sleep supply and strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Cleveland, OH with in-office days Tuesday–Thursday and remote work on other days.
