Job Summary
Build relationships with key stakeholders to conduct training and skill needs assessments, ensuring their involvement in analysis, design, and development of instructor-led and digital programs. Utilize proven instructional design methodologies to develop engaging learning experiences with identified performance measures, then deliver training classes to associates across all levels within the Financial Group. Design course manuals and leader guides, ensuring documentation is organized and consistent for trainer delivery. Evaluate short- and long-term training effectiveness using participant data and productivity metrics to link programs with improved performance. Comply with all policies and standards while performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree In training and development, human resources, psychology or business
- Typically three years of proven experience training both technical and soft skills in a corporate environment
- Demonstrates exceptional platform and facilitation skills
- Creates a productive learning environment for participants
- Is able to successfully overcome participants' objections and manage the classroom in a productive manner
- Has knowledge of and some experience utilizing needs assessment, training program development and evaluation, adult-learning theory and instructional design methods
- Has demonstrated strong customer-focused skills and commits to meeting their needs and expectations
- Proven relationship management
- Initiates and develops relationships with others both inside and outside current function
