Job Summary
Coordinate and execute core components of the EDGE analyst program, including Orientation, Learning Series, and training sessions. Manage logistics end-to-end for scheduling, communications, and vendor coordination while ensuring all program milestones and deliverables are met across cohorts. Serve as the central point of contact for EDGE analysts by monitoring engagement, coordinating onboarding, mentor engagement, and performance assessments. Partner with campus recruiting, business liaisons, and HR Business Partners to align talent pipelines and drive performance feedback. Gather program effectiveness feedback, facilitate structured performance management processes, and drive continuous improvement by synthesizing metrics to enhance participant experience and efficiency. Maintain program tools, trackers, and documentation to support Early Careers strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Entry Level – internship experience highly preferred
