Job Summary
Hybrid People FP&A role focusing on workforce planning, budgeting, and analytics. You will build and refine human capital budgeting, headcount forecasting, and workforce analytics in Visier, partner with Finance, Recruiting, and Talent leadership, and translate data into actionable leadership insights. Responsibilities include maintaining the master workforce plan, performing variance analysis, producing executive materials (QBRs), and helping evolve analytics from descriptive to predictive insights. Requires strong Excel skills, experience with HRIS/Visier (preferred), and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to tie talent metrics to firm performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or HR or related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with HRIS, analytics tools, or Visier (preferred)
- 0–3 years in FP&A, People Analytics, Business Operations, or similar analytical role
