Translate growth strategy into executable people plans and diagnose capability gaps to accelerate revenue and margin expansion. Align organizational design initiatives with commercial outcomes while managing U.S. employee relations and payroll compliance with disciplined judgement. Convert engagement insights into measurable actions to activate a compelling EVP in the competitive U.S. talent market. Embed high performance standards and remove barriers to commercial growth across North America. Partner directly with the Regional President and leadership team to shape the next phase of business expansion.

- Proven HR Business Partner experience
- Proven HR Business Partner experience, ideally in growth environments
- Strong commercial acumen
- Confidence and capability influencing senior leaders

- Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law
