Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the VP, Talent and their talent roster, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and project management of partnerships from post-contract through campaign completion. Coordinate campaigns and brand pitches, manage scheduling calls/shoot dates, content calendars, and logistics (shipments, previews, live dates). Attend kick-off calls and events, update decks/presentations/case studies, draft/submit proposals, and input campaign details into accounting/tracker systems. Collaborate with brands/agencies to secure new business, assist in contract processes and negotiations, and develop relationships with talent. Travel may be required occasionally and the role emphasizes organization, communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to talent management and campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years administrative assistant experience in a related field (i.e. Talent Agency and/or Management, PR, Marketing)
- 2-4 years project management experience
- Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style
- Ability to work against deadlines
- A passion for social media and an interest in developing talent relationships
