Talent Coordinator

Coordinate calls and video conferences for candidates throughout the recruitment process while serving as the primary point of contact for all coordination efforts. Own the development of best practices for scheduling candidates within the organization and collaborate with the recruitment team and business to refine these standards. Build relationships with individuals and talent pools to support current and future hiring needs. This role is critical to our aggressive hiring plan as we develop scalable technologies and AI-driven products in stealth mode.
