Job Summary

Conduct daily human resources tasks with a primary focus on staff recruitment, including posting open positions, tracking applicants, and initiating contact with qualified candidates. Schedule interview appointments, coordinate orientations, and manage the pre-employment process by monitoring background checks and start dates. Process employment verifications and transactions in the HR system, assist employees with time and attendance, and prepare internal/external communications. Update social and job board sites, coordinate department events, and perform additional duties as required. This role reports to two Talent Services Business Partners and requires some in-office presence for team meetings and relationship building. Overtime may be required as needed.

  • Three to five years of experience in a Human Resources support role
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
  • Basic understanding of HR/Recruiting principles and practices
  • Understanding of employment law compliance
  • Knowledge of HR/Recruiting-related programs/software
  • Proficiency in Windows-based software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible use in a professional environment
  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, firm-approved AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to support daily workflow and/or improve work quality
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Some in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or related field preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
  • Possess a basic understanding of HR/Recruiting principles and practices, as well as employment law compliance
  • Knowledge of Workday applicant tracking system
  • Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible use in a professional environment
  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, firm-approved AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to support daily workflow and/or improve work quality
