Job Summary
Talent Coordinator supports onboarding, performance management, and associate development initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for new hires and coordinating onboarding activities, intro meetings, and orientation. Partners with Operations Managers and Supervisors to customize new hire checklists, manages new hire schedules and Workday training assignments, ensures data accuracy in onboarding reports, coordinates IT setup, office logistics, badges and onboarding needs, and launches new hire surveys to drive continuous improvement. Assists with mid-year and year-end performance review processes in Lattice, supports interview logistics, and collaborates with Talent Development teams to schedule virtual and in-person training sessions. Requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficient use of HR systems and Microsoft Office. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience are preferred. Compensation in the range of $55-80k with potential bonuses; flexible hybrid layout with in-office days in Milwaukee, Chicago, or Charlotte and remote days on Monday and Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, human resources, talent, or people operations
