Job Summary
Talent Coordinator role supporting APAC/EMEA regions by designing a regionalized candidate experience and coordinating interview logistics and calendars. You’ll collaborate with talent acquisition, hiring managers, panelists, and executive assistants to ensure a high-touch journey for candidates, while adapting to multiple time zones and cultural nuances. The role emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication, stakeholder relationship-building, autonomy, and flexibility in a fast-paced, hybrid environment (Makati office two days/week). Proficiency with scheduling systems and data reporting, plus language capabilities are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in executive scheduling and managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Proficiency in using multiple systems and understanding workflow data reporting
- Ability to work effectively with team members across different time zones and cultures
- Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement, requiring at least two days a week in office
