Job Summary
Lead and execute enterprise and business line talent strategies by leveraging recruiting, learning, retention, and organizational development approaches. Consult with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness while serving as a talent coach and culture champion focused on inclusion. Utilize workforce data and predictive analytics to influence decision-making that supports business metrics and objectives. Partner with Human Resource Centers of Excellence, Employee Services, and HR Strategy and Operations to plan and execute their charters. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of HR or managerial experience, and proficiency in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of human resources, business or managerial experience
Desired Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR disciplines/COEs and operational inner workings
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, recognize trends and recommend action
- Ability to recognize needs, solve problems, anticipate issues, and develop employee centric solutions using strong analytical, business and financial acumen
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with business leaders and presenting to senior leaders
