Job Summary
Talent Consultant to support an investment management client through an embedded RPO and Talent Advisory engagement. Lead full-cycle recruiting across investment, legal, compliance, finance, and corporate functions; partner with hiring leaders on talent strategy; build proactive pipelines; source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, market mapping, and referrals; assess technical qualifications, leadership, culture, and long-term fit; present shortlisted candidates with evaluations and market insights; coordinate interviews; advise on compensation trends and recruitment best practices; develop market maps and competitor analyses; maintain recruiting activity in ATS/CRM; support employer branding and workforce planning; deliver recruiting metrics and executive-level reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within financial services, private equity, investment management, legal, compliance, accounting, or professional services environments.
- Demonstrated success recruiting mid-level through executive-level professionals.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and experience identifying passive talent.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and recruiting technologies.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, organizational design, and hiring market dynamics.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with client leadership and Ignite Human Capital teams.
