Job Summary
Talent Consultant for Biotech & Life Sciences Recruiting (Embedded RPO). Leads full-cycle recruiting across clinical development, regulatory, quality, medical affairs, and commercial functions; partners with executives and hiring managers to develop workforce plans and hiring strategies; builds proactive talent pipelines; conducts candidate assessments; performs market mapping and competitive intelligence; sources passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, conferences, referrals, and direct outreach; advises on compensation trends and hiring practices; coordinates interviews and delivers exceptional candidate experience; supports employer branding and talent-attraction campaigns; provides recruiting analytics and reporting from ATS/CRM systems; delivers deliverables including talent acquisition strategy development, workforce planning, candidate sourcing, assessment, compensation benchmarking, and diversity initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience supporting biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, CRO, or life sciences organizations
- Demonstrated success recruiting scientific, clinical, regulatory, quality, and commercial professionals
- Understanding of FDA regulations, GCP, GMP, GLP, and regulated healthcare environments
- Experience supporting both clinical-stage and commercial-stage organizations
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and modern recruiting technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and consultative communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
