Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide talent development and organizational design initiatives, partnering with senior business leaders, Global Talent, GHR, SMEs, and vendors to design and implement leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, and performance management processes. Drive talent strategies across local, regional, and enterprise teams; provide coaching to senior leaders; ensure data-driven, compliant, and effective talent solutions; collaborate with Corporate Communications, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to mitigate people risk; develop and communicate organizational change plans and learning strategy, while supporting a culture of inclusion, growth, and high-impact leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in Leadership development and talent management OR Organization Development, Change and/or Organization Design OR HR Generalist OR relevant HR specialist experience leading programs, processes, or other talent practices
- Experience interfacing with senior leaders (MTM 1/MTM 2)
- Strong relationship management to consult, advise, and influence senior leaders
- Conceptual thinker with program/project management skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and retention
