Talent Connection Specialist who will execute end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, and enhance candidate experience. Responsibilities include AI-assisted talent acquisition strategies, sourcing active and passive candidates via social media, cold calling, and email; conducting phone screens and interviews; coordinating feedback; advising on interview techniques; building employer brand; onboarding coordination; drafting offer letters and compensation materials with benchmarking data; and supporting HR operations, events, and recruitment metrics. Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills are essential.
