Job Summary
Talent Connection Coordinator (12-month fixed term contract) in London, Hammersmith, within Disney's EMEA People & Culture team. Supports recruiters and hiring managers by managing interview scheduling for internal and external candidates across international time zones and multiple formats (video and in-person), maintaining proactive, timely communications, ensuring a consistent candidate experience, and delivering admin support for recruitment processes. Role involves high-volume activity, real-time ATS data upkeep (Workday, Excel, Teams, Airtable), role advertising, candidate administration, and reporting, as part of a team of about 20. Based in London with four days onsite and one remote day (Mon or Fri), representing Disney professionally and upholding brand values.
Required Qualifications
- Readiness to work in a busy administrative role
- Customer-facing attitude with confidence communicating with candidates and hiring managers via phone and email
- Experience using Outlook, Microsoft Teams or similar tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- General IT proficiency to track and report on recruitment processes
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently while managing high volumes of activity
