Job Summary
Talent Partner responsible for full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Customer Support roles; collaborate with the TA team and hiring managers to meet hiring goals while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Source active and passive candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, and networking events. Ensure diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process and uphold recruiting processes and procedures. Requires 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and proficiency with Google Suite and recruiting tools (Workday, LinkedIn, etc.). Works Mon-Fri 11Am - 8Pm Armenia time. Embraces AI-assisted recruitment tools to support, not replace, human hiring decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ year(s) of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency, start-up, or corporate environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite (docs, sheets, calendar, etc.)
- Experience using modern recruiting tools: ATS systems (we use Workday), LinkedIn, etc.
- Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods
