Job Summary
Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process across Riverstone's operations, including creating and publishing job postings, screening and interviewing candidates, sourcing and maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating onboarding with the Extra Milers team, and collaborating with senior leadership on workforce planning, career pathing, and succession planning to support long-term growth. Drive employer branding, attract, develop, and retain top talent, monitor key recruitment KPIs (time to hire, source of hire, time to fill), and guide hiring managers through feedback and decision-making. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-growth environment while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with HR practices and labor legislation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Work experience as an In-house Recruiter
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
- Experience with social media recruiting
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining diverse employee talent
- Exceptional project and personnel management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Discretion and ability to work with senior management
