Job Summary
Localize and activate the global employment value proposition for the India market by adapting core brand messages to resonate with local talent while maintaining enterprise consistency. Conduct talent market research using focus groups and pulse surveys to inform employer messaging, then develop and execute a localized branding strategy across LinkedIn, Naukri, and Glassdoor. Build an employee advocacy program featuring authentic career journeys and partner with campus teams to drive early careers pipelines through university activations and hackathons. Design recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance candidate experience and collaborate with HR to activate employee recognition platforms tailored to local cultural moments. Monitor program metrics to drive continuous improvement and support DEI-driven initiatives through strategic storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) or more years of related experience in employer branding, talent marketing, recruitment, HR communications, or program management with proven ability to deliver results
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in GCC setup, high-growth, or transformation environments, with proven ability to build and scale employer branding strategies
- Significant experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and reputation management within the India talent market
- Demonstrated ability to localize global brand strategies while maintaining enterprise alignment
- Experience designing early careers and campus recruiting programs, including university partnerships and brand activations
- Experience designing employee recognition programs that drive engagement and retention
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and build collaborative partnerships across the organization
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret hiring, engagement, and brand metrics to drive decisions
- Ability to adapt, be flexible, and pivot quickly while managing multiple projects in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Innovative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented; actively seeks opportunities to continuously improve programs and candidate experience
- Deep understanding of social media and talent channels relevant to the India market (LinkedIn, Naukri, Glassdoor, etc.)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skills — excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills and strong attention to detail
- PC/Microsoft skills including intermediate Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- working knowledge of Workday reporting, metrics, and analytics
