Job Summary
Execute an effective sourcing strategy to identify seasonal tax professional talent using internet searches, social media, and direct outreach. Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client requirements and culture fit. Maintain strong client and candidate relationships while updating applicant tracking system data and submitting qualified candidates to the Vendor Management System. Monitor candidate assessments to ensure progress through the recruiting process. Partner with recruiters to prioritize hiring needs and address pipeline gaps. Achieve monthly performance goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Creative candidate sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to easily adapt change and demonstrate flexibility when direction or priorities shift
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Familiarity with social media
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Suite programs
