Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for salaried, professional, technical, and leadership positions by partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate scheduling, and facilitate pre-employment steps including background screening and onboarding while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Build and maintain talent pipelines and promote the employment brand across channels to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to drive data-driven decisions. This role supports full-cycle recruiting efforts within a 60% telecommute arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of recruiting methods, employment laws, and selection practices
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service orientation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in a corporate, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred
