Job Summary
Talent Attraction Partner to own the candidate journey for internship and new graduate roles, build university partnerships, cultivate campus relationships, manage talent pools in CRM, coordinate in-person and virtual recruiting events, leverage AI tools to scale recruiting processes, and contribute market insights for Futureforce team. Requires experience with university/early talent recruitment, partnerships with career services and student organizations, data-driven sourcing strategies, and bilingual capabilities preferred. The role operates within Salesforce's Futureforce Talent Attraction program and involves collaborating with global teams to attract, engage, and assess candidates across multiple channels while maintaining accurate talent records.
Required Qualifications
- Experience sourcing and recruiting talent in the university or early talent landscape
- Track record of delivering against goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and manage university partnerships with career services and academic institutions
- Strong project management and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills in a global, cross-regional context
- Ability to work independently
