Job Summary
Contract Talent Attraction Partner for Futureforce AMER responsible for attracting and engaging candidates across channels (inbound, referrals, outbound, campus partnerships), planning and executing in-person and virtual recruiting events, conducting in-depth candidate assessments, cultivating relationships for immediate and future opportunities, and maintaining accurate talent pool records in the CRM to support pipeline delivery and partnership with Recruiting teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting support, with prior exposure to university or early talent hiring
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against goals in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience partnering and influencing stakeholders across teams
- Familiarity with using CRM tools to maintain talent pool records and support pipeline nurturing
- Ability to apply AI familiarity and data-driven insights to optimize workflows using Workday, Slack, and Google Suite
- Contract role duration around 6 months
- Ability to work in hub office with in-person days (at least 3 days/week) and to operate in a hybrid arrangement across multiple US locations
