Job Summary
Talent Attraction Associate APAC responsible for end-to-end recruitment across Brookfield’s APAC markets, including Australia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and China. Partners with hiring managers and the Head of Talent Acquisition to manage full lifecycle recruitment across multiple APAC business groups (Corporate, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Credit). Key duties include sourcing and pipeline development via direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and agencies; screening and presenting shortlisted candidates with clear recommendations; setting up and managing roles in Workday; coordinating interview logistics across time zones; driving timely communication with candidates; coordinating background checks; generating employment contracts and offers; managing agency relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance for postings across APAC; leveraging AI tools to enhance sourcing and recruitment efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent attraction or an associated HR discipline
- Proactive with strong ownership over outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting regional/global recruitment across APAC markets
- Experience with Workday or HRIS systems (requisition management, candidate tracking, new hire processing)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
- Japanese and/or Korean and/or Mandarin language capability preferred
