Own end-to-end interview scheduling, candidate communication, and day-of coordination across all active roles, serving as the primary point of contact from first touch to offer. Build systems, templates, and processes to scale the recruiting function while developing future recruiters for clinical and provider-facing functions. This high-ownership role supports the hiring of the next generation of Sailor recruiters as we redefine care for aging populations.
