Job Summary
Talent Assessment Manager leading end-to-end diagnostic assessments and talent development initiatives for a fixed-term 12-month contract. Design and oversee delivery of talent assessment programmes, coaching/mentoring initiatives, onboarding materials, and talent pipelining with succession management. Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and senior executives to analyse development needs, develop a Talent Management Strategy for Vice Presidents, integrate assessments into Workday, and manage handoffs of senior hiring insights. Demonstrates governance, data analytics, and performance measurement to track ROI, while guiding a team and maintaining high standards of collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management. Key skills include Talent Assessments, Talent Management, diagnostic project delivery, stakeholder management, project/change management, MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), and familiarity with digital/educational materials and facilitator training.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Talent Assessments and Talent Management in global blue-chip organisations
- Stakeholder management skills with HR, Executive Recruiters, Talent Development Experts and Senior Executives
- Project Management or Change Management experience
- MS Office skills (Excel, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint for trackers/reports
- Experience delivering diagnostic assessments and implementing assessment processes
- Ability to manage end-to-end talent assessment projects and establish governance
