Job Summary

Talent Architect to drive strategic hiring for leadership and niche technology roles across Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Analytics, Product Engineering, and Consulting. Responsibilities include Role Scoping & Calibration, Candidate Blueprinting, Assessment Architecture, Job Architecture, owning end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior and leadership positions, partnering with business leaders and hiring managers, building sourcing strategies, and conducting market research, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence. Required skills include expertise in hiring for Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Analytics, Product Engineering, or Consulting; strong stakeholder management and executive hiring experience; proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and data-driven recruiting; and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred background includes 8–12 years in Talent Acquisition with exposure to technology consulting or product organizations, and prior strategic TA or Talent Architect experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to technology consulting or product organizations.
  • Experience hiring for companies in Data & AI, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital Engineering domains.
  • Prior experience in a strategic TA, Talent Partner, or Talent Architect role is preferred.
