Job Summary
Conduct needs assessments to identify individual, team, and organizational training requirements. Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to design, develop, and facilitate learning interventions across various channels, including e-learning and brown-bag sessions. Manage the Learning Management System and ensure program adherence to corporate policies and regulatory training mandates. Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback tools and report on training metrics and ROI. Support the execution of talent management processes such as performance management, talent review, and succession planning. Partner with operating companies and external vendors to align learning strategies with overall company goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning & development, with exposure to talent management
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to support training initiatives and execute governance of training processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Passion for driving learning and development initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and HR technology platforms (MS Teams, Canva) is a plus
