Job Summary
Store Operations and Talent Manager at Sephora will lead the people and operational functions of the store, including staffing, onboarding, training, scheduling, payroll, performance management, inventory and store-excellence processes, and will collaborate with Store Director and Education partners to drive staffing strategy and store performance. Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of management in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry equivalent internal experience
- experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership
- ability to create high-performing teams and develop in-store talent
- strong communication skills; proficient with Windows, Word, and Excel
