Job Summary
Represent a roster of influencers by securing and negotiating high-value brand deals with companies like Amazon, Warner Bros., and Sony Music. Cultivate relationships with talent and brands to maximize earning potential and drive revenue growth. Develop targeted strategies to expand influencer reach and engagement while utilizing proprietary management software. Maintain constant communication to ensure successful collaborations. Work independently in a fully remote environment with flexible hours, utilizing 20+ monthly warmed leads.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles
- Understand platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick
- Excel at relationship-building
