Job Summary
Talent Advisor at Surge Staffing (permanent, full-time internal role). Responsibilities include delivering superb customer service to clients and temporary associates, recruiting and interviewing candidates, matching employee skills to client hiring needs, developing business leads and retaining clientele, serving as a liaison between temporary staff and clients, maximizing billable hours, performing administrative duties, conducting service and outside sales calls to grow partnerships, presenting Surge Staffing products/services, implementing marketing programs for sales calls and demonstrations, and coaching/retaining temporary associates to ensure quality performance. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of sales experience; supervisory experience is a plus; willingness to travel to various locations and client sites; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; team-oriented with calm under pressure.
