Job Summary
Talent Advisor at Surge Staffing responsible for delivering superb customer service and sales within the staffing industry. Responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing candidates, performing resume searches, matching employee skill sets to client hiring needs, developing leads and retaining clientele, servicing temporary associates and clients, maximizing billable hours, conducting service and outside sales calls, presenting Surge Staffing products/services, implementing marketing programs, and training/retaining temporary staff. Requires at least 1 year of sales experience, high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with MS Office, ability to travel to various locations, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred
- Must have sales experience at least 1 year
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role a plus; staffing industry experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry recommended
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites as needed
- Sales-minded, team-oriented and exceptionally calm under pressure
