Job Summary
Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates while acting as a professional liaison between them. Perform resume searches, refer to established candidate pools, and recruit, interview, and retain temporary associates to fulfill client orders. Strategically match employee skill sets to hiring needs, maximize billable hours, and implement detailed marketing programs for sales calls and direct mail. Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints for customers and personnel. Present additional Surge Staffing products and services to customers, conduct service and outside sales calls, and manage assigned branch marketing initiatives. Requires at least one year of sales experience; full-time permanent role with immediate consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- at least 1 year of sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- reliable transportation

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- staffing industry experience
- Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites as needed
