Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates while acting as a professional liaison between them. Perform resume searches, refer candidates to established pools, and conduct interviews to strategically match skill sets to hiring needs. Recruit, train, and retain temporary associates, coaching them to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction. Maximize billable hours to increase market share and branch profits by implementing detailed marketing programs for sales calls and direct mail. Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints from associates, customers, and personnel. Present additional Surge Staffing products and services to customers, nurture strong business partnerships, and conduct outside sales calls to obtain new business. Work independently and in group settings with the ability to travel to various locations and customer sites as needed.
