Job Summary
Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates while performing resume searches to fulfill client orders. Recruit, conduct interviews, and follow up with candidates to strategically match employee skill sets to hiring needs. Act as a professional liaison between associates and clients, maximizing billable hours to increase market share. Conduct service calls and outside sales calls to obtain new business partnerships, presenting additional products and managing marketing programs. Recruit, train, and retain temporary associates while coaching for quality performance. Troubleshoot and resolve problems for associates, customers, and personnel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- at least 1 year of sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- equivalent work experience/education
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites as needed
